In recovery circles, we say we are only as sick as our secrets.
I lived in those secrets for years. Alcohol. Drugs. Sexual addiction. Food. I knew I had a problem. I knew I needed help. But I could not bring myself to walk into a 12-step meeting where someone might recognize me, or to sit across from a counselor and watch my dirty laundry get filed in some clinical record. So I did not get help when I should have. I suffered for decades. And I sometimes wonder what would have been different — for me, for my marriage, for my children, for the years I lost — if just one person had been able to help me privately, biblically, and without the cost of exposure.
That is why this page exists.

What Working Together Looks Like
Confidential Christian Recovery Coaching is one-on-one work, on Zoom, in private. Every session is grounded in Scripture and aimed at one thing: helping you walk out of bondage and into the freedom Christ purchased for you. What you bring with you, we work through together — biblically, practically, and prayerfully.
Working with me includes:
- Honest, judgment-free conversation about what you are actually struggling with
- Biblical teaching on freedom, identity in Christ, and the truth that breaks lies
- Practical accountability and goal-setting — what does the next week look like, the next day, the next hour
- Prayer ministry support when needed, including Steps to Freedom in Christ work if appropriate
- A coach who has walked your road, not just studied it
All sessions are held on Zoom in a private one-on-one setting. Nothing is recorded. What you share with me stays with me.
Why I Am Qualified to Do This Work
I bring more than my own story. I hold a Master of Arts in Christian Counseling from Vision Christian Bible College & Seminary, and I am a Certified Christian Life Coach and Trained Prayer Minister with certifications through the American Association of Christian Counselors, Freedom in Christ Ministries, and Deeper Walk International. I have specialized training in trauma-informed coaching, Christian mental health coaching, and spiritual warfare prayer ministry.
That said, I am not a licensed counselor, therapist, or psychologist. Coaching is not therapy. If you are dealing with a clinical mental health crisis, severe trauma, or any condition that requires licensed care, I will help you find the right professional. Coaching can walk alongside that care, but it does not replace it.
Investment & Sessions
Honest, transparent pricing. All sessions are conducted online via Zoom from your own private space.
Initial Consultation
$25 — 45 minutes
A no-pressure first conversation to understand what you are facing, see if coaching is a good fit, and decide together if we should move forward.
Individual Coaching Session
$50 per session — 45 minutes each
One-off coaching sessions, scheduled as needed. Best for clients who want flexibility rather than a commitment to a longer program.
3-Month Coaching Package
$275 for 6 sessions — biweekly, 45 minutes each
The most common starting point. Three months gives us enough time to identify the real issues, build a plan, and see meaningful progress. Package expires 6 months from purchase.
6-Month Coaching Package
$550 for 12 sessions — biweekly, 45 minutes each
For clients who want sustained accountability and deeper transformation. Six months is enough time for real, lasting change. Package expires 6 months from purchase.
Freedom Appointment Package
A discipleship package built around one full Freedom Appointment using the Steps to Freedom in Christ. Includes 7 weekly preparation sessions, 1 full Freedom Appointment (3-5 hours in a single guided prayer session), and 1 follow-up session. Designed for clients who want to systematically address the strongholds the enemy uses to keep believers stuck. Package expires 3 months from purchase.

- Refunds for unused sessions must be requested in writing within 45 days of contract signing
