How I Work
I am M.T. Clark — a Certified Christian Life Coach, Trained Prayer Minister, and the founder of MT 4 Christ Community Freedom Ministry. I bring a Master’s in Christian Counseling, multiple AACC certifications, and almost two decades of personal recovery and discipleship to every coaching relationship.
But more than credentials, I bring my own story. I have walked through the death of an infant son, nihilism, addiction, divorce, financial collapse, and the long road of recovery. I know what it feels like to be stuck — and I know what it takes, through the grace of God, to get unstuck. Every client I work with gets the benefit of both what I have studied and what I have lived.

For believers navigating anxiety, depression, mood disorders, or the daily weight of mental health symptoms. Coaching is not therapy — for clinical conditions, I will help you find the right licensed professional. But for the spiritual and practical side of mental health, I help clients manage symptoms, build healthier rhythms, and grow closer to God in the middle of the struggle.
Christian Recovery Coaching
For believers in recovery from addiction — alcohol, drugs, sexual addiction, food, or any other stronghold. We work together with accountability, encouragement, Christian spiritual practices, and a real plan for a life that is physically, mentally, and spiritually healthy. I bring both training and personal experience to this work.

We work together to build a stronger spiritual core and reclaim the relationship with God that was always meant to be.
Prayer Ministry
Some things need the power and presence of God through prayer to be broken loose. I am a Deeper Walk Certified Prayer Minister and a Freedom in Christ Ministries Associate, and I offer one-on-one Freedom and Healing Prayer Ministry sessions for clients who need to deal with strongholds, generational patterns, trauma, and the lies the enemy uses to keep believers stuck.

Initial Consultation
$25 — 45 minutes
A no-pressure first session to talk through what you are facing, see if coaching is a good fit, and decide together if we should move forward.
Individual Coaching Sessions
$50 per session — 45 minutes each
One-off coaching sessions, scheduled as needed. Best for clients who want flexibility rather than a commitment to a longer program.
3-Month Coaching Package
$275 for 6 sessions — biweekly, 45 minutes each
The most common starting point. Three months gives us enough time to identify the real issues, build a plan, and see meaningful progress. Package expires 6 months from purchase.
6-Month Coaching Package
$550 for 12 sessions — biweekly, 45 minutes each
For clients who want sustained accountability and deeper transformation. Six months is enough time for real, lasting change. Package expires 6 months from purchase.
Freedom Appointment Package
$500 for 9 sessions — Individual Discipleship through Freedom in Christ Includes 7 weekly preparation sessions, 1 full Freedom Appointment (3-5 hours, walking through the Steps to Freedom in Christ), and 1 follow-up session. This package is designed for clients who want to systematically address strongholds and walk into their freedom in Christ using Dr. Neil Anderson’s Steps to Freedom framework. Package expires 3 months from purchase.
- Payments are required in advance
- Clients can continue beyond the initial commitment at the same monthly rate
- Refunds for unused sessions must be requested in writing within 45 days of contract signing
- Additional materials (books, workbooks, etc.) are not included in the package price
